All sponsors have to be one of the participants of the exhibition section of EuroForensics

Session Sponsor

• Session Sponsor will have the opportunity to lead an hour long session in the Inonu Conference Room on the subject of their choosing.

• 10 Daily Conference Invitations

• During the session the sponsor will be entitled to branding with 1 dove-tail type banner or roll-up in the conference room.

• Opportunity to place its promotional documents on the introductory desk to be placed in front of the conference room, during the session.

• Announcement of the session in the Euroforensics Conference Catalogue & website.

Silver Sponsorship

• Silver Sponsor will have the opportunity to lead an hour long session in the Inonu Conference Room on the subject of their choosing.

• 20 Daily Conference Invitations

• Logo printed on the conference bag as Silver Sponsor of the event (in alphabetical order)

• In all announcements, and printed and visual material, introduction (in the alphabetical order) with logo as the sponsor of the theme of the sponsor's choosing.

• The right to put an insert in the conference bag, given to all visitors and participating companies.

• During the session, the sponsor will be entitled to branding with 1 dove-tail type banner or roll-up in the conference room.

• Opportunity to place its promotional documents on the introductory desk to be placed in front of the conference room, during the session.

• Announcement of the session in the Euroforensics Conference Catalogue & website.

• Stand Area within the exhibition section of EuroForensics as specified on the Application Form Terms and Conditions of Participation Article 11.

Gold Sponsorship

• Golden Sponsor will have the opportunity to lead two separate hour long sessions in the Inonu Conference Room on the subject of their choosing.

• 30 Daily Conference Invitations

• One hour usage of private 12 people conference room

• Logo printed on the conference bag as Golden Sponsor of the event (in alphabetical order)

• The right to promotion at the cafeteria area by putting leaflets on the tables, and using 2 dove tail type banners and/or roll up in the cafeteria area.

• In all announcements, and printed and visual material, introduction (in the alphabetical order) with logo as the sponsor of the theme of the sponsor's choosing.

• The right to put an insert in the conference bag, given to all visitors and participating companies.

• During the session, the sponsor will be entitled to branding with 1 dove-tail type banner or roll-up in the conference room.

Platinum Sponsorship

• Platinum Sponsor will have the opportunity to lead three separate hour long sessions in the Inonu Conference Room on the subject of their choosing.

• 50 Daily Conference Invitations

• 3 hour usage of private 12 people conference room

• Logo printed on the Conference Bag as Platinum Sponsor of the event.

• Platinum Sponsor will have the opportunity to co-organise and sponsor the Gala Night Dinner with EuroForensics. Expenses of the Gala Night Dinner is not included in the fee of the Platinum Sponsorship. The Platinum Sponsor will have the right to, upon approval of EuroForensics, choose the location, and quality of the Gala Night Dinner, the sponsor will be responsible for all expenses regarding the Gala Night Dinner.
